Dr. Avidor S. Gerstenfeld, DO, NREMT, FL-EMT
Co-Founder and President
Avidor has been involved in local, national, and international EMS projects since 2014 and has been a volunteer EMT with Hatzalah of South Florida since 2015. He has trained numerous students in AHA CPR and First Aid courses and was the program director of a Middle School semester CPR and Aid Program. Avidor is always advancing his emergency medical knowledge through constant training. He is currently a Resident Physician at HCA Palms West.

After 9 years of being the Head Lifeguard at a sleep away camp and years EMS volunteering with Hatzalah, Dr. Greenberg is a Emergeny Medicine Resident Physician and is dedicated to community wellbeing.

Co-Founder
Besides years of volunteer EMT and dispatch experience with Hatzalah, Ben brings his industry expertise and leadership to the Baseline team. After years of being a regional director of operations of a healthcare supply company, Ben is currently the owner and CEO of aSure, a medical equipment distribution firm.

Chaim (Jeffery) Wieder, CRT, NREMT, FL-EMT
Member of the Board
Considered by many to be the local expert on CPR, Chaim has extensive real-world experience serving as a hospital based Respiratory Therapist. Besides his dedicated medical career, varies community engagements, Chaim has also been an integral Hatzalah EMT, dispatcher, and instructor. He has extensive expertise training EMTs, Paramedics, and community members in Basic Life Support skills for years! Chaim ensures that Baseline has only the absolute highest quality curriculum.

Yosefah Berkowitz, JD, MS
Member of the Board
Yosefah has a vast experience in a variety of education environments as a Special Education consultant and educational leader. She has held the highest positions in many community schools and adds the invaluable perspective of school administrators. She also has nonprofit and legal experience. Yosefah serves as an indispensable resource to Baseline, providing expert advice and guidance.

Sheldon Gittleson, CPA
Member of the Board
Sheldon is a Certified Public Accountant and a pillar of the North Miami Beach Jewish community. Despite Sheldon’s many projects, he saw the need for Baseline CPR and instantly signed himself up to assist in the financial operations of Baseline.
